ETHICAL CHANNEL
Entrust, its organizational and management model, has established an Ethical Channel with preventive effectiveness that enables the detection of acts or behaviours that allegedly violate the provisions of the entity’s Code of Ethics, internal regulations, or applicable law. Entrust adheres to a principle of zero-tolerance regarding conducts that may result in criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act.
Who is it aimed at? The Ethical Channel aims to protect individuals who, in a work or professional context, identify serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions and communicate them through the mechanisms regulated herein. Therefore, the Ethical Channel is available to employees, clients, suppliers, and third parties who interact with us.
What can be reported? Any alleged irregularity, act contrary to legality or internal rules, including potential irregularities related to accounting issues, audit matters, and aspects concerning internal control over financial reporting. Additionally, discriminatory treatment, workplace and/or sexual harassment, misuse of classified information, improper or lucrative management of corporate resources, theft, fraud, corruption, and generally immoral or illegal conduct in the performance of work may be reported. Commercial claims, job applications, and advertising messages are expressly excluded from this channel.
The Ethical Channel represents an opportunity for improvement for this entity, committed to practicing ethical behaviour at all levels of the organization.
Entrust guarantees confidentiality, anonymity, and the absence of retaliation of any kind against the person who reports the facts. Data will be retained in the system only for as long as necessary to investigate the reported facts. In any case, three months after the introduction of personal data, our organization will proceed to delete it from the system. If retention is necessary to continue the investigation, our organization may continue processing the data in a legally appropriate environment.
